Here at Stratosphere Properties, we are honoured to be entrusted with the responsibility of preserving and highlighting the historical importance of this iconic landmark.

Blatchford is building a resilient future through renewable energy, energy efficiency, low-impact design, and strong community infrastructure. Guided by a bold 2010 City Council vision, Blatchford will be home to up to 30,000 Edmontonians living, working, and learning in a carbon-neutral community powered entirely by renewables. Our project pilot is proud to be part of this vision by helping to reduce the ecological footprint and support sustainable, community-focused living.
This statue honours Canadian veterans and stands as a meaningful tribute within the community amenity space. It reminds residents of the courage and sacrifice of those who served, and the freedoms we enjoy because of them.
10% of our units will be designated as CMHC affordable housing. These units are intended to provide quality, stable homes at below-market rates. These affordable units will be prioritized for both active-duty military perseonnel and veterans.
